With over 66,000 participants from 10,000+ organisations across 150 countries, this year’s festival solidified its status as the world’s largest fintech gathering, where innovation, collaboration, and ideas came together on a global scale. Here’s a look back at our most exciting moments and achievements over the three days.
Day 1 Highlights: Signing a Partnership with Nium to Launch a Remittance Miniapp
Our first day kicked off with a big announcement: Boxo has partnered with Nium to launch a customisable white-label Remittance Miniapp. This new offering is designed to empower mobile apps to facilitate seamless global money transfers, enhancing their service offerings and meeting the growing demand for accessible cross-border payments.
The partnership made waves in the industry and was featured in Fintech News Singapore and The Paypers, highlighting its potential impact on international money transfers.

Day 2 Highlights: Agreement to Launch eSIM Services with HeyMax
On the second day of SFF 2024, Boxo took another step forward with an agreement to power the heymax app with a white-label eSIM feature. As travel continues to recover globally, eSIM services are becoming essential for travelers looking for affordable, seamless connectivity wherever they go.
This integration will enable heymax users to easily access eSIMs through their app, making it an ideal solution for their customer base.

Other Highlights: Industry Recognition and Thought Leadership
Throughout the event, we had the honour of welcoming the Chairman of the Singapore Tourism Board to our booth, where we discussed Boxo’s role in the Super App ecosystem and its impact on the future of mobile services.
Additionally, our CEO was a featured guest on the Chubb View Podcast, sharing insights into Boxo’s journey and innovations in the Super App world.
We also participated in the DIFC Startup Pitch Competition, where we shared our vision and value propositions with industry leaders, further cementing Boxo’s position as a pioneer in super app technology.
